At PERCOST TEXTILES INC., we value our customers and strive to provide quality products and service. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

  1. All Sales Are Final
     All sales are considered final. Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during shipping and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
     Returns will only be accepted if:
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The merchandise is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  1. Return Authorization Required
     Customers must contact PERCOST TEXTILES INC. and receive pre-authorization approval before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund or store credit.
  2. Return Shipping Responsibility
     Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, including both outgoing and return shipping charges.
  3. Restocking Fee
     A 7% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns and refunds after the order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
  4. Refund Method
     Approved refunds may be issued as:
  • Store credit valid for 180 days, or
  • Refund to the original payment method, depending on the type and condition of the return approved by the company.
  1. Refund Calculation
     For approved returns, the refund amount will be processed after deducting:
  • Applicable restocking fees
  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  1. Non-Returnable Items
     The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Used or washed merchandise
  • Damaged products caused after delivery
  • Items returned without authorization
  1. Order Cancellation Policy
     If a customer requests cancellation after payment has been processed, a 3% order cancellation fee will apply.
  2. Company Rights
     PERCOST TEXTILES INC.reserves the right to:
  • Refuse unauthorized or ineligible returns
  • Issue refunds as store credit in certain circumstances
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
